DEVELOPMENT OF MANAGEMENT PHILOSOPHY IN THE CONTEXT OF MODERN RATIONALITY
Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
The main paradigms of philosophical rationality and the approaches in which it is articulated are analyzed. The place and role of the subject and object in the philosophical pictures of the world, built in the paradigms of modern rationality, are considered. The main approaches to the de nition of the concept, essence, content, principles of communicative rationality are analyzed. The main trends in the development of management philosophy in the context of modern rationality are considered. Those of them that are basic are analyzed. It has been concluded that the philosophy of management, changing in the context of modern rationality, makes it possible to obtain a more holistic and adequate picture of existing ideas about management.
